365 Ways to Say 'I Love You'

July is a special month for our family. This year, we celebrated 5 years of marriage on the 1st. Our wedding was a dream come true and made us a family.


Since we are celebrating love here in our home, I wanted to share with you a unique idea to celebrate love in your home. Years ago, I gifted this daily reminder to my then fiance so that he would remember how much he was truly loved. I gifted it to him for Christmas, so he could begin that January. The timing was perfect as before our wedding, we was to be traveling for over a month and he was able to take some of those reminders with him.

Here is how you can put together a year of love notes for your special someone.

Materials:

• Free printable file of the 365 Ways to Say I Love You
• Printer
• Colored Paper
• Scissors or Paper Trimmer
• Container with lid
• Optional: Vinyl letters or cutout to label the container

Process:

1. Print out the 365 quotes, I love you's and other memorable love moments. I used pink paper, but if this is for your man, you can choose a less feminine color if you choose.
   
   Some quotes you will find are from poets, songwriters, movies. Some of the 'I Love Yous' are in other languages. Some love moments are ours personally, but I feel like most other couples experience them as well. I included a couple of extra spots at the end in case some of the quotes don't quite work for you. You can hand write your own in.
2. Cut them out. This is the most time consuming task. If you have a paper cutter, it should make the task easier, but if not, you can do this over time. I had hand cut these originally and did one sheet a day while watching my favorite TV show.
3. Fold them up. I folded them in half for ease, but you could fold them in quarters or fun shapes if you have the time and talent. It would also help to fit them in a smaller container.
4. Place them all in the container. Adding the vinyl letters or a vinyl cutout would just make it more personal. I didn't do that originally and it was just as beautiful. 

Now it is ready to be gifted! Give this to your special person for an anniversary, holiday, birthday or just because. I added a little note just saying how to use the gift. 

Here is a year long reminder of how much you are loved. Everyday, choose one of the love notes inside and think of me.

This simple gift means so much, and would have so much meaning for the recipient. Have fun with this and add your own fun sayings and quotes.
