In the attempt to try and create a better routine to workout, I am trying a monthly challenge. I would love for you to join in with me!
Here is what I found from around the internet:
1. This is obviously for your butt. I am not a fan of the name, but the semi-alliteration does work. If your legs and tush are a focus for you, have at it!
2. This one is for your arms and abs. I am looking to focus on just one area for right now, but if you are looking for a monthly challenge perfect for bikini season, this one is for you!

4. I found this 30-day Plank Challenge at 30 Day Fitness Challenges and it was right up my alley!
I loved this one, but since I wasn’t able to print that photo out easily, I put it into an April Calendar for you to print yourself.
I am going to print this out so my hubby and I can cross off each day!
