My family and I have been turning over a healthy new leaf. We are trying to make our family more healthy by eating better, incorporating physical activity into our lives {the best we can} and trying to focus on bettering ourselves mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
I'm not going to lie, it has been a lot of work trying to refocus our family, even the small steps take more planning and figuring things out than it did before. It's hard work, but it will be worth it!
What does this mean for you?
Starting now, you will start seeing some changes here at Managing a Home. I will be featuring more healthy lifestyle tips & recipes, my fitness journey with workouts and tips I learn along the way, and some other ways that we are trying to lower our footprint and eliminate toxins in our home and bodies.
You will still see the same organization posts, follow along with Operation: Project Organization, kids activities and holiday themed ideas. They are all a part of managing our own homes and the blog wouldn't be complete without them.
What else have I been working on?
So glad you asked! I am in the process of re-designing my blog. Be sure to look soon for a more streamlined look. Not just here, but on all social media. My goal is by April, but we will see what life throws my way.

ReplyDeleteI'm excited to see what's coming here on your blog! My family is going through a lot of healthy changes lately too. We're working on clean eating & making our own household cleaners with essential oils. We're taking baby steps, but anything in the right direction is progress. :)
